Your Mission

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and creative Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about business strategy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is a capable and highly motivated Marketing Professional with exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. You are energetic and a proactive thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a strategic thinker, you see the big picture and actively collaborate with key individuals both internally and externally to ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. You have the ability to drive projects to successful and timely completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support in the development of company’s strategic plans and projects
  • Oversee and execute strategy communications through the coordination of external and internal resources ensuring consistent voice
  • Maintain the schedule of multiple projects to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Act as a point of contact for potential third-party marketing partners, including responding to and resolving issues, gathering information and documentation
  • Assist to maintain workflows to meet schedules and maintain priorities to ensure high-quality marketing programs and competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and identify trends
  • Assist in developing and coordinating marketing and Employer Branding initiatives, event logistics, and corporate merchandising
  • Manage and evolve the brand awareness through various online initiatives, social media presence, and industry specific events
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
  • Identify and execute improvements for processes and content
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing and brand materials, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Share best practices and explore opportunities to add value to job and the rest of the teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of web design and social media marketing
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a demanding work environment while managing multiple overlapping projects from conception through to completion
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively delegate tasks
  • Driven, proactive, creative and exceptional attention to detail
  • Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting
  • Experience with tools such as WordPress
